Now, we’re looking for a Social Media Manager (Instagram) to take the reins of our most important platform – working closely with our founder to grow, engage, and inspire our global community.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for the full Odd Muse Instagram ecosystem — from grid to stories, highlights to broadcast channels. This is a hands‑on, highly creative role that requires both aesthetic sensibility and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Build out the grid: plan, curate, and execute the Odd Muse feed with a strong understanding of tone, timing, and brand identity.
- Track and analyse insights: own performance reporting, content metrics, and growth strategy.
- Collaborate with creative: work closely with our in‑house creative and content teams to ensure campaigns come to life with fun, unexpected, and culturally relevant social‑first moments.
- Strategise growth: develop and test new social strategies, features, and storytelling formats across reels, stories, highlights, and our broadcast channel to continuously evolve our Instagram presence.
About You
- You live and breathe Instagram — you understand how to craft a grid, build engagement, and make data‑backed creative decisions.
- You have a strong editorial eye and can translate campaigns into social moments that feel authentic and aspirational.
- You thrive working collaboratively, especially in a founder‑led brand where agility and creativity are everything.
- You’re confident analysing insights, experimenting with new features, and iterating fast.
- You have 2+ years experience managing social channels for a fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brand.
