The Role
Reporting into the Social & Community Manager, this is a hands-on, junior role ideal for someone with
1β2 years\β experience
, a strong visual eye, and a natural understanding of social culture and trends. You\βll be highly attuned to what\βs happening online, with an aesthetic sensibility that aligns with the Odd Muse brand, and a clear desire to grow within a fast-paced fashion environment.
You will support
content creation, content ideation, and social-first video editing
, bringing creative ideas to life in a way that feels engaging, and aligned with the Odd Muse aesthetic.
Alongside this, you will support the
planning, scheduling, and publishing of content across all platforms
, requiring strong attention to detail, organisation, and a proactive willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Management
- Support the build and management of the weekly content calendar in line with business priorities and strategy, guided by the Social & Community Manager
- Support the day-to-day scheduling and posting across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
- Identify and suggest emerging trends, formats, and platform features for BAU and campaign content
Content Creation & Editing
- Support content capture across shoots, with a focus on e-commerce and campaign days
- Be reactive to content opportunities with a social-first mindset
- Edit short-form video content for both campaign and BAU use
- Support caption writing and copy, ensuring the Odd Muse tone of voice remains
- Content organisation and folder management
Community Management
- Support daily community management across all platforms, including comments, DMs, mentions, and tags
- Help build positive relationships with customers, brand advocates, and influencers
Influencer & UGC Support
- Curate, repost, and repurpose high-quality user-generated content in line with the social calendar, when briefed by Social & Community Manager
- Support organic influencer and community-led content opportunities
Events & Activations
- Support social coverage at brand events, launches, and activations
- Capture reactive, real-time iPhone content and assist with live posting alongside the
