We are on the lookout for an Operations Assistant to work alongside the team at Odd Muse. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the imports and exports within Odd Muse London, helping us build and develop our operations team as we move further into the international market.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating shipping activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Collaborating with carriers, freight forwarders, and couriers to arrange transportation and track shipments in real-time.
- Maintaining and updating operations documentation, reports, and databases.
- Scheduling meetings, tracking project deadlines, and supporting planning activities.

Inventory Management:
- Monitoring and managing inventory, procurement, and supply chain tasks.
