Odd Muse is a London-born contemporary womenswear brand creating timeless, considered pieces designed to outlast trends. Since launching in 2020, we've grown into a global community with a loyal customer base across the UK, US, Europe and Australia, expanding from digital-first into wholesale, retail and beyond. We're a small, ambitious team that moves quickly, values craft and obsesses over our customer.

At Odd Muse, owned channels come first. Our brand, our content, our community... these are the foundation. Earned amplifies that. Paid is the multiplier: the function that takes what's already working and accelerates it, extending our reach, finding new customers, and driving efficient growth across the globe.

We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Performance Marketing Lead who is genuinely at the forefront of paid thinking. Someone who understands their role in the wider marketing mix, works in close partnership with the brand and content teams, and brings a clear point of view on how paid can amplify what we're building organically. You'll own the full paid roadmap across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Google, shape how we allocate budget, brief creative, and drive profitable growth across every key market. You'll also lead and develop the Performance Marketing Executive who supports you day-to-day.

What you'll own

  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution
    • Own paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google and Snapchat
    • Build, optimise and scale campaigns across prospecting, retention and launch activity
    • Manage audience strategy, bidding, budget pacing and creative testing
    • Drive new customer acquisition while maintaining efficiency targets
  • Affiliate & Partnership Growth
    • Own affiliate and creator-led paid growth strategy
    • Work closely with influencer and social teams on amplification opportunities
    • Identify scalable partnership and whitelisting opportunities
    • Monitor affiliate performance, CAC and incremental revenue contribution
  • Reporting & Commercial Insights
    • Own daily, weekly and monthly reporting across all paid channels
    • Analyse performance across ROAS, MER, CAC, CVR and contribution
    • Translate data into clear actions and recommendations for leadership
    • Support forecasting and budget planning across markets
  • Team Management
    • Manage and mentor the Performance Marketing Executive
    • Delegate campaign setup, reporting and QA workflows
    • Create strong operational processes across the paid function

What you'll bring

  • 4โ€“6 years of hands-on paid media and performance marketing experience, ideally with at least part of that in ecommerce, DTC or fashion
  • Deep, in-account expertise across Meta and Google (Search, PMax, Shopping). Strong working knowledge of TikTok and Pinterest
  • A clear point of view on paid strategy: how to scale, how to test, what to kill, what to double down on
  • Strong commercial brain, comfortable owning ROAS, CAC, contribution margin and new-customer targets, not just platform metrics
  • Confident with data: GA4, platform reporting, Looker/Sheets-level modelling, and ideally familiarity with MMM or incrementality work
  • Sharp creative instincts... you know what makes an ad stop the scroll and can brief creative that performs
  • Experience managing or mentoring at least one junior team member is a strong plus
  • Genuine love for the Odd Muse brand and a customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led environment... you're proactive, take ownership, and don't wait to be told what to do

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling paid in the US or other international markets
  • Familiarity with feed management tools (e.g. Shoptimised, Feedonomics, Channable, DataFeedWatch)
  • Experience with influencer-led paid, affiliate or partnership channels
  • Exposure to CRM, loyalty or lifecycle marketing, understanding how paid feeds into LTV

Why Odd Muse

  • Join one of the fastest-growing independent British fashion brands at a genuinely exciting moment
  • Real ownership from day one... your work will move the dial
  • A small, ambitious, in-person team that ships quickly
  • Generous staff discount and seasonal allowance
  • Hybrid working from our Shenfield office, with a strong culture of being together in the room
