Our ultimate aim is to introduce a slower pace to the fashion industry with unique and high-quality pieces, designed for today’s women.
We are looking for a Part Time Sales Associate to join our London boutiques. As the face of the brand, you will be instrumental in delivering the signature Odd Muse experience: elevated service, a passion for fashion and styling, and an intuitive understanding of what makes our customers feel confident!
We value individuals who use their initiative, remain open and flexible, and bring warmth and personality to every interaction. Weekend availability, including Sundays is required.
- Offer personalised styling advice with confidence, creating memorable in store experiences.
- Monitor stock levels proactively and communicate replenishment needs.
- Maintain immaculate presentation standards, ensuring every garment is steamed, styled and store-ready.
- Take initiative to keep the shop floor clean, organised and reflective of the Odd Muse aesthetic.
- Support with online orders, picking and packing, and any other back of house tasks as required with attention to detail.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Odd Muse brand: our fabrications, fits and design details, allowing you to offer expert guidance.
- Passion for fashion, styling and luxury retail is essential.
- Previous experience in retail or stock management is beneficial.
- Comfortable using technology, including order management systems and basic office software.
