We’re expanding our development team to support the delivery of modern web and mobile applications for client projects.
Role Overview
This role is focused on implementation and delivery within a structured development process. You’ll work closely with the Lead Architect to implement features and contribute to building fast, secure, and scalable applications.
Tech Stack
- Xano (backend, APIs, workflows, authentication)
- WeWeb (frontend logic and API integration)
- AI integrations, including OpenAI, Gemini, Claude
Hands-on experience with both Xano and WeWeb is required.
Responsibilities
- Build backend logic and APIs in Xano
- Implement frontend functionality in WeWeb
- Integrate AI features using APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude)
- Participate in daily 20-minute stand-ups
- Communicate progress clearly and flag blockers early
- Contribute to a short weekly progress summary
Commitment
- 20 – 25 hours per week
- 2-month initial contract
- Fully remote

Compensation
- $25 – $30/hour, depending on experience and fit
