About the role
As the Senior Director, Alliances London you will play a pivotal role in expanding and deepening Odasevaâs strategic partnerships across the Salesforce ecosystem. You will work with Global System Integrators (GSIs), Regional System Integrators (RSIs), and Salesforce to align business goals, source and influence new opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Your objective accelerate our partner ecosystem by fostering longâterm, highâimpact relationships and delivering measurable results.
Key responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Development: Cultivate multiâlevel relationships with key partners, including at the executive level, ensuring alignment with Odasevaâs strategic objectives.
- Partner Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute localized, partnerâspecific goâtoâmarket plans in collaboration with regional sales leadership and global partnership frameworks.
- Pipeline and Performance Management: Drive routine pipeline reviews, forecast meetings, and annual performance reviews with partners. Track performance metrics to optimize partner effectiveness.
- Business Development: Generate highâquality leads and incremental opportunities through joint sales planning, coâmarketing initiatives, and alignment with Odasevaâs sales teams.
- Sales Collaboration: Partner with internal sales teams to support strategic pursuits, enhance value delivery to customers, and integrate partner solutions into Odaseva offerings.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal stakeholdersâincluding sales, marketing, product, and servicesâto ensure a seamless partner and customer experience.
- Implementation Oversight: Collaborate with Odasevaâs expert services team to ensure successful and consistent partnerâled implementations.
- Market Relevance: Bring a deep understanding of local market dynamics and customer challenges to guide strategic initiatives.
What you will bring
- 5+ years of business development or partner management experience in a technical environment, with at least 2 years in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Demonstrated success working with GSIs and RSIs to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and influencing complex deals.
- Strong network of existing relationships with key players in the Salesforce partner ecosystem â ability to hit the ground running.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively at the executive level.
- Strategic thinker with a resultsâoriented mindset and ability to manage crossâfunctional collaboration.
- Cultural sensitivity and an ability to work effectively across diverse regions and teams.
- Experience with partner performance tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management.
