Are you highly organised, professional, and motivated by meaningful work? As our Property and Facilities Assistant, you will play a vital role in coordinating repairs, maintenance, & compliance checks across our property portfolio. Acting as the first point of contact for maintenance queries, you will work with landlords, contractors, and internal teams to ensure all issues are accurately logged, tracked, and resolved.
You will maintain property records, service contracts, and compliance documentation, supporting statutory obligations and ensuring our buildings remain safe and well managed.
