Love Barton is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Lead to head up projects on the Barton estate in Oxford, leading volunteers and developing health and wellbeing initiatives for the local community. The role is part-time (2.5 days) on a fixed-term basis with potential to extend, based at Barton (OX3).
You will recruit and train volunteers, build partnerships with local organisations, provide pastoral support, manage budgets and secure future funding while driving positive impact and compassionate.
