This role offers the chance to work within a well-established employment team, advising a diverse client base on complex, respondent-focused matters across multiple sectors.
The Role:- Handling a broad range of employment law matters, including:
- Employment disputes and tribunal representation
- Redundancy, restructuring, and organisational change
- Complex disciplinary issues, grievances, long-term sickness, and performance management
- Senior executive matters and exit negotiations
- Discrimination law
- TUPE, including business transfers and service provision changes
- Drafting and advising on restrictive covenants
- Competitive salary of £45,000 – £55,000
- Flexible hybrid working (4 days in-office, 1 remote)
