The Real Estate team provides pragmatic, commercially focused, and results-driven advice to property and landowners, developers, investors, lenders, landlords, and occupiers nationwide.
Commercial Property Matters
- Commercial Property Development – advising on development projects from acquisition through to completion, including planning, zoning, negotiation, and dispute resolution
- Acquisitions & Disposals – supporting clients with the sale and purchase of commercial properties across a variety of sectors
- Landlord & Tenant – handling lease agreements, renewals, rent reviews, service charges, repairs, and maintenance obligations
- Real Estate Finance – advising lenders and borrowers on a range of secured lending transactions
