I am currently working with a highly regarded, multi-office Legal 500 firm who are looking to appoint a Senior Residential Conveyancer to join their established team in Warwickshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern and forward-thinking practice that genuinely prioritises quality over volume. You will be stepping into an established caseload from day one, within a supportive and collaborative team environment where lawyers are given the time and support to deliver a high standard of client care.

The role will involve managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, supported by experienced administrative staff throughout. Importantly, the firm ensures manageable workloads, with fee earners typically carrying no more than 70 files at any one time. You will also have the opportunity to support and mentor junior members of the team on more complex matters, making this a fantastic role for someone looking to take the next step in their career within a respected and growing practice.

The firm offers a flexible hybrid working model, with only two days per week required in the office, alongside strong long-term progression opportunities and an excellent benefits package.
