An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Associate to join a highly-regarded 'Silver Circle' law firm, providing access to work akin to that which is normally only accessible in London. This role in particular is Manchester based.
The Role:
- You will work as part of a highly regarded Commercial Property team, advising on a wide range of matters, including:
- Providing advice on a broad portfolio of asset management work
- Working on sales, purchases and financings
- Drafting and negotiating documents to ensure they meet client requirements
- Providing advice to clients to ensure that their interests are protected
- Getting involved with development transactions ranging from acquisition of brownfield sites for industrial development through to town centre regeneration projects
