With a new Liverpool city centre office recently opened and an established Wigan base, this is an excellent time to join a business in genuine growth mode. This is not a traditional high-street litigation role. The firm operates as a commercially focused legal services business with a strong national client base and a high-volume but well-structured workflow environment.
You will manage your own caseload of debt recovery and civil litigation matters, working within a specialist team. Key responsibilities include:
- Running a full caseload of debt recovery matters from instruction through to enforcement
- Advising on litigation strategy and recovery options
- Handling matters for key clients across finance, local authority, and housing sectors
- Progressing claims efficiently within a high-volume but structured environment
- Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth case progression
The firm is seeking:
- Qualified Solicitors or CILEX / Chartered Legal Executives
- Experience in debt recovery or civil litigation (NQ+)
- Ability to manage a caseload independently with good organisation and time management
- A proactive and commercially minded approach
You will join a modern, commercially driven law firm with a strong reputation in debt recovery litigation and long-standing national client relationships. Collaborative and supportive team structure with strong leadership and training framework. Clear career progression pathways and a hybrid working model following probation (typically 1–2 days WFH) with a flexible approach depending on candidate experience and autonomy.
Benefits include a workplace wellbeing programme, strong training and development support, and clear progression opportunities within a growing team.
This is a strong opportunity to join a growing national litigation business at a time of expansion, with a consistent caseload, structured support, and genuine scope to develop within a specialist debt recovery environment.
