  • Running a full caseload of debt recovery matters from instruction through to enforcement
  • Advising on litigation strategy and recovery options
  • Handling matters for key clients across finance, local authority, or housing sectors
  • Progressing claims efficiently within a high-volume but structured environment
  • Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth case progression

  • Experience in debt recovery or civil litigation (NQ+)
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently with good organisation and time management
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach

Team & Culture

You will join a modern, commercially driven law firm with a strong reputation in debt recovery litigation and long-standing national client relationships.

  • Collaborative and supportive team structure
  • Strong leadership and training framework
