A leading Top 100 law firm is seeking a Senior Planning Solicitor to join its well-established team in Leeds. This is a standout opportunity to join a practice that genuinely operates differently, placing people first and billing second.

The Role
You will be advising on a broad range of planning matters, including Section 106 agreements, highways and other statutory agreements, planning and highways law, and providing due diligence support on property and corporate transactions. There is also exposure to contentious planning work such as Planning Inquiries, hearings, judicial reviews, and court challenges. Experience on large regeneration schemes would be highly desirable.
