Currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded Legal 500-recognised Commercial Property team in the West Midlands. The specialist team is recognised as one of the best Commercial Property departments in the region and offers a broad range of services to a diverse client base. This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ-2PQE commercial property solicitor looking to join a well-established team with strong opportunities for career development. The Role: Freehold sales and purchases Property development and associated agreements Residential development Property funding Pension fund transactions Landlord and tenant matters Agricultural and rural land Title investigation and rectification Clawback, overage and pre-emption agreements What the firm is looking for: Qualified Lawyer, either Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer NQ - 2 years' broad Commercial Property experience, although more senior candidates are welcome Strong commercial acumen and a practical approach to client matters Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships Excellent communication and organisational skills The Perks: ~25 days' holiday plus bank holidays ~3% pension and employer contribution ~ Free parking! ~ Private medical care ~ Access to a free Will service Why This Role?
