Currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded Legal 500-recognised Commercial Property team in the West Midlands. The specialist team is recognised as one of the best Commercial Property departments in the region and offers a broad range of services to a diverse client base.

This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ-2PQE Commercial Property Solicitor looking to join a well-established team with strong opportunities for career development.

The Role:

  • Freehold sales and purchases
  • Property development and associated agreements
  • Residential development
  • Property funding
  • Pension fund transactions
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Agricultural and rural land
  • Title investigation and rectification
  • Clawback, overage and pre-emption agreements

What the firm is looking for:

  • Qualified Lawyer, either Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer
  • NQ - 2 years' broad Commercial Property experience, although more senior candidates are welcome
  • Strong commercial acumen and a practical approach to client matters
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
