You'll be supported by dedicated client onboarding and post-completion teams, allowing you to focus on delivering an exceptional client experience while managing your own caseload efficiently through a fully paperless case management system.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
  • Handling a broad range of matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build and shared ownership transactions
  • Conducting title investigations, property searches and due diligence

About you:

  • At least 1 year's experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
  • Experience handling sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
  • Knowledge of new build and shared ownership transactions would be advantageous
