We’re working with an established and busy Private Client team that is looking to recruit a Senior Paralegal to join their Ipswich or Colchester office due to continued growth in workload. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client professional seeking flexibility around working pattern, hybrid working, and level of qualification, within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
The Role
- Assist a varied caseload of Private Client matters, supporting clients through sensitive and important legal matters from instruction through to completion.
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
- Managing probate and estate administration matters.
- Advising clients on inheritance and estate planning issues.
- Handling files from instruction through to completion.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Supporting the wider Private Client team where required.
About You
- Previous experience handling Private Client matters independently.
- Confident managing wills, LPAs, probate, and estate administration work.
- Strong communication and client care skills.
- Professional, resilient, and comfortable working within a busy team environment.
