What you'll be doing: Managing your own caseload of public child law matters from instruction through to conclusion.
Representing parents, guardians and children in care proceedings, supervision orders, emergency protection orders and adoption matters.
Advising vulnerable clients with empathy and professionalism throughout the legal process.
Conducting advocacy in the Family Court and liaising with Counsel where appropriate.
Preparing legal documentation, witness statements and court bundles.
