Private Client Solicitor
Kingsbridge
A leading regional practice is seeking an experienced Private Client lawyer to strengthen its growing private client team. This role offers the chance to work on a high quality and varied private client caseload while contributing to the continued success of the private client department.
What you will be doing
- Managing a broad range of private client matters to include Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate administration, tax planning and Court of Protection work.
- Providing clear and supportive private client advice to clients and building strong, lasting relationships.
- Playing a role in business development and helping to shape the future of the private client department
What we are looking for
- Solicitor, or Legal Executive, with at least 3 years’ PQE in Private Client work.
- Excellent client care skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
- A proven track record of fee earning and managing files effectively
- STEP qualification is desirable, though not essential as training can be supported
