We're currently working with a highly regarded national law firm that is looking to strengthen its Construction team with the appointment of 2 or more Senior or Principal Associates focused on non-contentious construction and projects work. The Opportunity

The team advises a broad range of public and private sector clients on the full lifecycle of construction and infrastructure projects. Their work spans healthcare, local government, emergency services, housing and wider public infrastructure, acting on matters that have real impact on communities across the country. You'll work alongside recognised specialists in the sector, advising on major projects, procurement structures, development agreements and operational matters. The team is also recognised for its expertise in long-term infrastructure arrangements and complex public sector projects. What You'll Be Doing

  • Advising clients on a broad range of non-contentious construction matters
  • Drafting, negotiating and advising on construction and project documentation
  • Working on major development, infrastructure and public sector projects
  • Advising on NEC and JCT contracts and associated project documentation
  • Supporting clients through the full lifecycle of projects from procurement through to delivery
  • Building strong relationships with clients across healthcare, housing, local government and emergency services sectors
  • Collaborating with partners and colleagues on business development initiatives
  • Helping grow existing client relationships and identify new opportunities
