Are you a newly qualified solicitor looking to build your career within Private Client law?
Oculus Legal Group is working with a well-established London law firm that is looking to recruit a Newly Qualified Private Client Solicitor to join its team.
This is a good opportunity for an NQ who is keen to develop their experience across a broad range of Private Client matters within a supportive and client-focused environment.
The Role
You will work with a range of individual clients, assisting with a variety of Private Client matters including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and the administration of estates
- Trusts and related matters
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection work
- Inheritance Tax matters
- Advising clients on general Private Client issues
You will have the opportunity to work closely with more experienced members of the team while developing your own caseload and client relationships.
About You
- Newly qualified solicitor with some experience in Private Client work
- Good knowledge of wills, probate and estate administration
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Clear and professional communication style
- Comfortable dealing with clients and building relationships
- Keen to continue developing your Private Client experience
