Oculus Legal Group are partnered with a Magic Circle law firm who are looking for an experienced solicitor to join their Knowledge team. The role sits within the Global Financial Markets team, which advises leading global companies on complex financing and risk management matters across international capital markets. The team works on high-profile and innovative transactions, including sustainable finance and digital bonds, and plays a key role in helping clients navigate challenging market conditions.

This Knowledge Lawyer position focuses on Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and involves supporting the wider team through legal know-how, training and regulatory updates. You would monitor legal developments, maintain precedents and guidance materials, support partners and associates with technical queries, and help deliver training, while staying close to developments in areas such as UK/EU regulation, ESG and market digitalisation.
