A leading Top 100 UK law firm is seeking a talented Clinical Negligence Solicitor (2–5 years' PQE) to join its highly regarded Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team in South West London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, specialist team handling a varied caseload of high-quality claimant clinical negligence and personal injury matters. Responsibilities
  • Managing a caseload of claimant clinical negligence and personal injury matters.
  • Providing high-quality legal advice and exceptional client service.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Advising clients on legal strategy, procedures and case progression.
  • Attending client meetings, conferences and, where required, representing clients in court.
  • Assisting with business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the team.
  • Maintaining compliance with SRA regulations and professional standards.
  • Keeping up to date with legal developments and accurately recording chargeable time.
Qualifications

Applications are welcomed from solicitors with 2–5 years' PQE who can demonstrate a strong academic background, ideally educated to degree level with a 2:1 or above.
