A leading Legal 500, multi-office law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (NQ–3 PQE) to join its well-established and highly regarded team in Shrewsbury. The role involves working on a varied and high-quality caseload, gaining exposure to complex and interesting matters while being supported by experienced senior lawyers.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing a varied caseload of commercial dispute resolution matters under supervision, including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, debt recovery, and property litigation.
  • Assisting senior solicitors and partners on complex and high-value commercial and property litigation matters.
  • Building strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external providers.
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge on issues within commercial and property dispute resolution, working collaboratively with colleagues across the whole team to share knowledge.
  • Contributing to business development, including attending networking events and preparing articles.

This role is open to both full-time and part-time candidates, offering genuine flexibility within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
