Oculus Legal Group is working with a well-regarded, Legal 500-ranked regional law firm that is investing in its Commercial Property team as part of ambitious growth plans across Cambridgeshire. Due to a strong pipeline of work, the firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to play a key role in the expansion and development of the team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of high-value and complex transactions across multiple sectors, including commercial, development, and investment property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a broad range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, commercial leases, easements, options, overage, and property finance.
- Provide practical, commercially-focused advice to clients across a variety of sectors.
- Play a key role in growing and expanding the team, mentoring junior colleagues and supporting knowledge sharing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, liaising with colleagues and external professionals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years PQE in commercial property.
- Proven experience managing complex transactions across multiple sectors.
- Strong technical expertise and ability to deliver commercially-focused advice.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead a team, supporting junior colleagues.
