Are you an experienced Restructuring and Insolvency Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career with a top-tier Legal 100 firm? We’re working with a leading national law firm that is continuing to grow its high-performing Restructuring & Insolvency team in Birmingham.
The Opportunity:
- You’ll advise a broad client base including insolvency practitioners, lenders, corporates, directors, and creditors on both contentious and non-contentious matters.
- The work is varied, challenging, and commercially focused – often centred on business rescue, restructuring, and maximising realisations for creditors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advice across corporate and personal insolvency matters
- Deliver high-quality, commercially focused legal services to clients
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Support business development through networking, articles, and public speaking
- Manage your own caseload and support junior lawyers
- Meet agreed billing and performance targets
What We’re Looking For:
- 4 years’ + PQE in Restructuring & Insolvency
- Strong technical skills, including drafting and advisory work
- Confident managing both contentious and non-contentious files
- Collaborative and client-focused approach
- Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail
