We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Property Legal Secretary to join our busy property team in Bath. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail to support our solicitors and contribute to the smooth running of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing full secretarial support to fee earners in the residential property team.
- Preparing, formatting, and amending correspondence and legal documents.
- Handling telephone calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Managing diaries, arranging appointments, and maintaining filing systems.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties.
- Undertaking administrative tasks including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Ensuring deadlines are met and compliance procedures are followed.
About You:
- Previous experience as a legal secretary, ideally within residential conveyancing.
- Strong typing and IT skills (Microsoft Office, case management systems).
