An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join a highly regarded Legal 500 multi-office firm in Warwickshire. This is a progressive and modern practice that places genuine emphasis on quality of work, client service, and sustainable workloads, rather than high-volume conveyancing.

Working on a hybrid basis with only two days per week in the office, you will benefit from a manageable caseload, exceptional support, and the opportunity to join one of the region's most respected property teams. You will inherit an established caseload from day one and manage a varied range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. The team is supported by experienced assistants and paralegals, allowing fee earners to focus on delivering an excellent client experience. The firm is well known for maintaining realistic expectations, with fee earners typically handling no more than 70 live files at any one time.

The firm operates a flexible hybrid working model, requiring just two days per week in the office, alongside genuine flexibility for both full-time and part-time candidates.
