They are looking for Residential Conveyancers to join an expanding Property team due to continued growth. You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
- Sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Leasehold matters
Act as main client contact throughout transactions, liaise with agents, lenders and third parties, progress files efficiently with strong attention to detail, ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, and deliver high levels of client care.
