This role offers a flexible working arrangement and a competitive salary of £35,000 - £50,000 as well as an enticing bonus scheme.

The position involves effectively handling a busy caseload of a wide range of property transactions for both freehold and leasehold properties including:

Sales & Purchases
Re-mortgages
New-build Purchases
Equity Release
Transfer of Equity
Auction Sales and Purchases
Buy to Let
