An established and highly regarded top 100 UK law firm in the South East is seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Residential Property team. The firm is widely recognised for both the quality of its legal services and its positive working environment, with consistent recognition for excellence across multiple practice areas.
The Real Estate department is one of the largest within the business, advising on the full spectrum of property matters including landlord & tenant, development, asset management, property finance, construction, and residential conveyancing.
This position is based in Brighton and sits within the residential conveyancing team, with a particular focus on the retirement living sector. Youโll be managing transactions involving the purchase of retirement properties as well as the sale of clientsโ existing homes, a client group where strong communication and client care skills are essential.
You will be supported by a highly experienced senior lawyer, providing opportunities for learning, development, and progression, while also managing your own caseload of quality work.
