Our client is a leading London firm with an outstanding reputation for residential and commercial work. Their reputable team are ranked in Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 and now seeks a confident and experienced senior lawyer (8-10+ PQE) to join them. You’ll enjoy genuine flexibility plus clear opportunities for career progression.

The successful candidate should be committed, hardworking and experienced in both residential and commercial freehold and leasehold conveyancing. You will head up a small team of conveyancers, so leadership experience is desirable. A following is also desirable but not a requirement. You will be required to participate in department and firm-wide marketing initiatives as well as maintaining client and referrer relationships.

The Role:

  • Manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial property matters.
  • Advise clients on high value sales and purchases, financing and de-enveloping on houses, flats and off plan new builds.
  • Work on Transfer of Equity & Deeds of Variation, End-to-End Property Transactions and have New Build and Leasehold Expertise.
  • Play a key part in a collaborative and supportive residential and commercial property team.
