Are you looking to develop your career within Private Client and join a well-established and respected law firm?

We are working with a well-respected firm who are seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join their busy and successful Private Client team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Private Client professional looking to join a supportive team and play a key role in assisting with a varied caseload.

The role will involve:

  • Supporting fee earners with the day-to-day management of Private Client files
  • Assisting with a range of matters including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, LPAs and Trusts
  • Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
  • Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, executors, financial advisers and other third parties
  • Assisting with the administration of estates and gathering relevant information and documentation
  • Conducting relevant searches and assisting with estate administration requirements
  • Providing regular updates to clients and assisting with queries
  • Maintaining accurate file records and ensuring compliance procedures are followed
  • Supporting the team with general administrative and case management duties

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within a Private Client team
  • A good understanding of Private Client matters, ideally including Wills, Probate and Estate Administration
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Confident communication skills with a client-focused mindset
  • Experience using a legal case management system would be advantageous
