A leading regional Legal 500 firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor (0–3 PQE) to join its highly regarded and well-established Employment team. The team advises a diverse client base, including national organisations, international businesses, senior executives and high-profile individuals. You'll work on a broad range of employment matters, providing strategic, commercially focused advice while gaining hands-on experience alongside experienced specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload of contentious and non-contentious Employment Law matters for both employer and employee clients.
- Represent clients at Employment Tribunals and Courts where required.
- Collaborate with colleagues on more complex employment matters.
- Ensure compliance with AML procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Support business development activities and help build strong client relationships.
About you:
- NQ–3 PQE Employment Solicitor with experience handling Employment Law matters.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Well-organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Able to make timely, well-considered decisions while delivering excellent client service.
