What You’ll Be Doing:

• Partnering with top global and national law firms to understand their hiring needs
• Sourcing, screening, and placing high-calibre legal professionals
• Proactively identifying and engaging with hard-to-find legal talent
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from CV review to interview scheduling and offer negotiation
• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted recruitment partner
• Staying ahead of industry trends and market insights to provide expert guidance

• A natural ability to build relationships and connect with people
