An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified to 2 Years PQE Real Estate Solicitor to join the Tier 1 ranked Real Estate team in Cambridge at a leading Top 50 UK law firm. The Role
You will work as part of a nationally recognised Real Estate team, advising an impressive client base on a wide variety of commercial property matters, including:
- Property investment acquisitions and disposals for buyers and sellers.
- Landlord and tenant matters, including the grant of new business leases.
- Real estate due diligence supporting finance and corporate transactions.
- Asset management work including:
- Lease renewals
- Surrenders
- Easements
- Asset management licences
- Working across a range of sectors including office, retail, science.
