Overview
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join a market-leading international law firm in Birmingham. You will work closely alongside a highly regarded Partner on complex, high-value transactions, including multi-million and billion-pound deals, with work spanning both the Birmingham and London offices.
This role offers exceptional exposure for a solicitor looking to significantly expand their technical expertise and commercial understanding within a top-tier real estate practice. You will receive full support from a leading Partner, Legal Director, the International Head of Real Estate, and a strong team of junior lawyers, providing genuine scope for progression and long-term development.
The Role
You will support the Real Estate Partner and act on all aspects of:
- Investment, development, and asset management matters
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Advising UK and international pension funds, financial institutions, and overseas investors
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied and high-quality caseload across investment, development, finance, acquisitions, disposals, and asset management
- Supporting the Partner in driving growth and continuous improvement within the team
- Delivering clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, contributing to business development and team growth
