The Opportunity
As a valued member of this highly respected team, you’ll work on a diverse and high-quality caseload for an impressive client base including developers, landlords, tenants, and investors. You’ll provide strategic advice and representation on a wide range of real estate disputes, including:
- General Real Estate Disputes:
- Land sale and purchase issues
- Development agreements
- Overage and option agreements
- Rights of light and restrictive covenants
- Nuisance and boundary disputes
- Trespass matters
- Vacant possession strategies for development sites
- Commercial lease renewals
- Rent reviews and service charge disputes
- Lease assignments and subletting
- Breach of covenant issues (e.g., alterations, unlawful use)
- Lease break rights and possession recovery
