Salary: £62,000–£70,000 + bonus | Hybrid: 2 days in the office

A top 100 law firm is looking for a 1–4 PQE Real Estate Litigation Associate to join their Birmingham or Nottingham offices. This is an amazing opportunity to work within a cohesive team that values career development, mentoring, and access to high-quality technical work.

What you\’ll do:

  • Advise clients on Real Estate litigation matters
  • Handle disputes via negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation
  • Run your own caseload and contribute to client relationships
  • Support junior lawyers and participate in marketing initiatives
  • Deliver exceptional client service

You need:

  • 1–4 PQE in Real Estate Litigation or property disputes
  • Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication
  • Motivated, organised, and a team player
