The Role

You will support on a wide range of contentious property matters, including:

  • Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
  • Development-related issues
  • Rights of way and restrictive covenant matters
  • Lease renewals and forfeiture proceedings
About You

We’re looking for junior solicitors (NQ–3 years PQE) who:

  • Are commercially minded with a genuine interest in real estate disputes
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Enjoy problem-solving and working collaboratively
  • May already have some experience in property litigation, or a strong desire to specialise in this area
