The Opportunity:

This is a role to suit a 3PQE(+) Commercial Property lawyer who has a flair for building and maintaining relationships with clients.

The work is varied and of high quality. The new team member will work with a wide range of clients such as local authorities, investors and developers in a variety of sectors including leisure, retail and development.

Our client's team is agile in approach and will often take the opportunity to diversify into areas such as work in rural, development and refinance work.

Our client's team is sizeable and highly experienced. This is a role that will offer autonomy and support in good measure.
