We are currently working with a highly accredited Legal 500 UK Legal Firm that is now growing their Private Client team. This is a senior position with a high level of autonomy, suitable for an ambitious Senior Associate to work around a technically complex team and high-value private client matters. This role focuses on sophisticated tax and estate planning, involving cross-border structures, multi-jurisdictional estates, and complex and high-value family wealth arrangements.
You’ll work alongside senior colleagues on advanced planning matters while driving business development initiatives and strengthening the team’s overall market presence. You’ll be working around HNW individuals across the UK and internationally, and will require:
- Complex Estate Planning
- IHT planning
- Succession Planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Cross-border tax and estate planning
