This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside recognised specialists on high-value and complex claimant clinical negligence matters within a supportive and progressive environment. The Role You will manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception through to resolution, including matters involving: Delayed diagnosis Surgical errors Birth and catastrophic injury claims GP and hospital negligence Fatal claims The successful candidate will work closely with senior solicitors and partners while also having the autonomy to manage their own files and build strong client relationships.
