We are working in partnership with a leading law firm to recruit a talented Property Litigation Solicitor (2–6 PQE) to join their highly regarded Property Disputes team. The successful candidate will work directly alongside an industry-leading Partner, recognised as one of the foremost experts in commercial property litigation.

Our client is a leading UK law firm with a market-leading practice. Their property disputes team advises on complex, high-value contentious matters for major institutional landlords, developers, investors, and corporate occupiers. The group is known for its strategic, commercial approach and involvement in some of the most significant real estate disputes across the UK.
The Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a mid-level solicitor to play a key role in a dynamic, growing team. You will handle a wide range of commercial property disputes, including:
- Landlord and tenant disputes (lease renewals, forfeiture, rent reviews, dilapidations, service charges)
- Property development and rights of light disputes
- Issues involving easements, restrictive covenants, and trespass
- Enforcement and recovery actions relating to commercial premises
- High-value claims involving complex real estate assets
The position is fully remote, with occasional attendance in London for client meetings or court hearings.
Key Requirements
- 2–6 years’ post-qualification experience in property litigation, with a clear focus on commercial real estate disputes.
- Experience gained within a reputable UK or international law firm.
- Solid Academics
- Strong technical understanding of commercial property law and dispute resolution.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Confident working independently while collaborating closely with a market-leading Partner.
- Commercially minded with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
