NQ – 3PQE Property Litigation Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive

Location: Warwickshire (Hybrid)

Salary: £42,000–£55,000 + bonus

Are you a property litigation solicitor or chartered legal executive looking for an exciting role with flexibility and career progression? Our client are seeking a talented individual to join a dynamic team in Warwickshire, working on high-quality matters in a supportive environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Handling landlord & tenant disputes
• Managing building disputes
• Working on property management disputes
• Providing practical, commercially-minded advice to clients

Salary & bonus:

• £42,000–£55,000 depending on experience
• Financial incentive scheme is uncapped
• Bonus up to 20% paid quarterly
