Property Litigation Paralegal

Salary: £24,570 + Billing Bonus (£28,000 OTE)
Role Overview: A highly regarded law firm are seeking a Paralegal to join its Housing Management and Property Litigation Team. The successful candidate will support Solicitors and handle their own caseload. Experience in Housing Management or Property Litigation is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Solicitors and manage files.
- Draft claim forms, pleadings, and witness statements.
- Handle multiple case deadlines efficiently.
- Prepare trial bundles and liaise with the Court.
- Conduct routine advocacy in County Court.
- Organize and maintain accurate files.
- Occasionally undertake site visits.
Requirements:
- Law degree (minimum 2:2) or equivalent.
