Due to continued growth and an increasing volume of instructions, the firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its busy Dispute Resolution team. The department handles a broad range of high-quality contentious property matters and offers an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to further develop their career within a supportive and ambitious environment. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters from inception through to resolution, including: Lease renewals and dilapidations Adverse possession claims Service charge and management company disputes Property-related contractual disputes Rights of light and other property-related claims Court proceedings, case management and advocacy The role offers exposure to a diverse client base, including private individuals, landlords, developers, investors, property companies, and commercial organisations.
